Ladies..another womens seminar is now being planned and I am genuinely so excited to be sharing this day with you. Not only over the last year; even though that has compounded it at times, it is so easy for women to get lost in the day to day runnings of the households, their jobs and more, therefore losing sight of who they really truly are. Our focus is always on how to best keep our households or our direct family at their best and this is often done to the detriment of our own happiness and life dreams. We end up forgetting who we are, what makes us tick, our hobbies, our character and more.

The seminar I am hosting is all focused on that…helping you to ‘KNOW YOUR WORTH’.

We will be focusing on 3 key things that need our attention in order for us to be running at our best - food, movement and wellness.

In each of these categories, we will be going in depth as to how they relate to you, what a balance looks like for the modern women in each of these areas, some key ‘DON’TS and DO’s’, boundaries, awareness and gratitude. We will be touching base on mindset going forward, personal goals, planning and more as we all join together to help us remember who we are at our core and how to tap into that daily.

So who am I? My name is Ildiko and I am an Australian mum to 3 beautiful kids. As a qualified personal trainer, I have been in the health and fitness industry for 20+ years. As a qualified post-partum trainer, my focus is womens health and obtaining a safe level of fitness back after babies. I have a HUGE focus on lowering the toxic load in the home and love sharing DIY tips on products in the home and products that we use on the body. I have a diploma in aromatherapy and teach women how to use essential oils safely in their homes.

Food and Nutrition

‘What you eat is what you are’, and in a sense? This is true. We are going to talk about healthy food, additives, preservatives, a healthy food plan, whilst also busting myths on calorie counting and dieting and sharing what a healthy food actually looks like.

Fitness and Movement

Physical fitness plays a HUGE role in mindset and overall health. I will be guiding you through what a weekly workout plan looks like, how to make the most of little time and how to make it a part of your life with ease.

Wellness and Mindset

Wellness is the glue that holds it all together. We will touch base on self love, living your best life, finding your dreams, lowering your toxic load, educating your self on a healthier life from the items you apply to your body to the supplements you take.

12:00pm - Why movement is important, how to schedule it in, what a balanced workout looks like, where to find workouts and more.

12:30pm - Lastly? Touching on mind set, self talk, low toxing your life, healthy lifestyle strategies and teaching about diy options.

1pm - Closing and gift bag handing out.
