We all need a little extra help right now, and bringing people together for a purpose or to participate in something that is designed around self care is a great starting point.
Starting October 11th, I will be hosting a 3 week wellness reset program. This program will be interactive, it will be a place of learning tools and mindset to regain your strength and a way to have something to focus on building your self up throughout this time we spend together.
We will be focusing on 3 key things that need our attention in order for us to be running at our best - nutrition, fitness and wellness.
In each of these categories, we will be going in depth as to how they relate to you, what a balance looks like for the modern women in each of these areas, some key ‘DON’TS and DO’s’, boundaries, awareness and gratitude. We will be sharing tips on mindset going, personal goals, planning and more as we all join together to help us remember who we are at our core and how to tap into that daily.
So who am I? My name is Ildiko and I am an Australian mum to 3 beautiful kids. As a qualified personal trainer, an Oxygen covergirl and a 10 x fitness model competitor and I have been in the health and fitness industry for 20+ years. As a qualified post-partum trainer, my focus is womens health and obtaining a safe level of fitness back after babies. I have a HUGE focus on lowering the toxic load in the home and love sharing DIY tips on products in the home and products that we use on the body. I have a diploma in aromatherapy and teach women how to use essential oils safely in their homes.

Food and Nutrition
‘What you eat is what you are’, and in a sense? This is true. We are going to talk about healthy food, additives, preservatives, a healthy food plan, whilst also busting myths on calorie counting and dieting and sharing what a healthy food actually looks like.
Fitness and Movement
Monday, Wednesday and Friday you will have access to a weight training program, with Tuesdays and Thursdays being a Pilates and stretching based workout. 8am Saturday will be a LIVE workout where we can join in and do it together.
Wellness and Mindset
Wellness is the glue that holds it all together. Each day we will have access to a 5 minute headspace section to start our day, I will teach you daily which oils to use for mental health and emotional support and we will also have DIY classes each week.
So in a nutshell? What will the 3 weeks look like?
TRAINING - Weight training program for Monday, Wednesday and Friday with Tuesday and Thursday being a Pilates and stretching based workout. 8am will be a LIVE workout with me that we can all do together.
NUTRITION - Each week I will share a generalised food plan to share what healthy eating looks like, I will share supplements and vitamins to use for optimal health and hormonal support
WELLNESS - Wellness is all about your home, whats in it, how we can tweak it to be a healthier environment and how to use essential oils to gain optimal health for the long term.
MINDSET - Each day we will be viewing a 5 minute segment from Headspace to help you gain clarity on important things, to help you to focus through anxiety or panic and to share how important it is to invest daily in your mindset.
WELCOME ZOOM - To kick off our program? On Sunday 3rd, we will have a ZOOM chat together to share all the mental load of the week ahead, to share our focus, to share links to purchase vitamins and supplements that I support if you choose and to share the overall focus of the program. There will be some really important touch points in here so its not one to miss.
