Our ‘Xmas Edit’ is all about using 2 weeks leading up to our xmas, to be in great shape physically and emotionally. Yes we would all love to have an xmas feeling great in ourselves and in our clothes, and if you have found xmas has snuck up on you like I have? Here is a short run through of our two weeks:

  • you will receive an ebook all based on health and wellness tips I have created for you to use after our program has been completed. Supplements, workout ideas and essential oils you can use to really support you emotionally at any time.

  • we will be focusing on our ‘Emotional Wellness Kit’ which is about supporting your emotions of stress, anxiety, grief, loneliness and more.

  • we will be moving through a fitness plan - Monday Wednesday and Friday will all be about a weight training program that you can follow on our exclusive Instagram page. Tuesday and Thursday will be a pilates session with ‘Move with Nicole’, and Saturday morning will be a wellness chat with a coffee on a zoom to answer any questions and be there to support each-other.

  • I will share all the supplements I use, and you will have a basic food guide to follow in your ebook.
